Mew Mew is an Egyptian brand and online store.

Products and Descriptions

We work to provide accurate descriptions, photos, prices, dimensions, materials, and care information. Colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Minor manufacturing variations that do not affect safety or function are not defects.

Prices and Availability

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Shipping and optional services are shown before confirmation, with no undisclosed fees. If a paid item becomes unavailable because inventory was not updated, support will contact the customer to select an alternative or receive a refund.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance. We may verify details, availability, and payment, and may cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, suspected misuse, or an undeliverable address, while returning any amount due.

Pre-Order Policy

• Pre-orders must be placed separately from in-stock products.

• The product price and shipping fee are paid in full at the time of order through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

• Each product page displays a clear estimated arrival window, generally one to two months.

• A confirmed pre-order cannot be cancelled because of a change of mind.

• When the product arrives, the customer receives a message to confirm delivery.

• If we cannot provide the product or it is delayed beyond the published window due to an issue on our side, the full amount is refunded.

Payments

Customers may pay fully through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, or choose cash on delivery after paying the shipping fee in advance. Payment confirmation is sent by WhatsApp with the transfer screenshot and order number or screenshot. Pre-orders are fully prepaid.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the website for illegal or fraudulent activity.

• Do not attempt to disrupt the website or gain unauthorised access.

• Do not copy or commercially use the brand's content, images, or designs without permission.

• Do not provide false information or impersonate another person.

Intellectual Property

The Mew Mew name, website design, and content owned by the brand are protected. Third-party brands and characters remain the property of their owners. Displaying a product does not imply an official relationship or licence unless stated.

Care and Safe Use

Follow each product's instructions and warnings. Mug care appears online and on the enclosed card: hand washing is recommended; avoid abrasive cleaners, microwave use, sudden temperature changes, direct heat, dishwashers, and prolonged soaking. Thermal mugs have additional instructions. Skincare information, ingredients, origin, expiry, use, and warnings appear on the product page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mew Mew is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, ignoring care instructions, improper storage, or altering a product after delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and Disputes

Policies may be updated when needed, and the version published when the order is placed applies. We encourage customers to contact support first so any concern can be resolved fairly. Egyptian law governs these terms.
