Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared in Alexandria and shipped to all governorates and locations within Egypt. International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Order Preparation

In-stock orders are prepared within one to two business days after confirmation. Preparation may take longer during promotions, and we will communicate any material delay. Pre-orders follow the arrival window shown on the product page.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes an estimated two to five business days after preparation anywhere in Egypt. Public holidays, weather, courier capacity, and events outside our control may affect this estimate.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by governorate and are displayed clearly at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

Limited-Time Free Shipping

Prepaid orders over EGP 1,000 qualify for free shipping for a limited time, including pre-orders. The offer does not apply to cash-on-delivery orders.

Delivery Details and Unsuccessful Delivery

Customers must provide a correct name, address, and reachable phone number. Cash-on-delivery orders require the shipping fee in advance. If a customer refuses a correct order or remains unreachable for three consecutive days, support will attempt contact before cancellation. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a fully prepaid parcel returns while the customer remains unreachable, the product value is held as store credit for one year.
